Muchas Gracias Akvaro! :D

Let us begin...

Before installing the SCS, please remove your hop assembly and check it if it has defects. It is very important to remove every part in the hop assembly to make sure that these defects are not present.

Here is an example of a JG plastic hop assembly with a plastic "burr" or "flash" that came from the factory molding process...

Here is an example of a metal hop assembly with metal burrs...

These defects should be removed so that the SCS will be able to pass through the barrel window properly. I use an X-Acto knife and some needle files to remove these defects. It should look like this after the defect is removed...

Another problem with the hop up assembly is the hop up lever. Sometimes they are of poor quality and the outcome is an uneven hop lever cup that will hold the SCS in its place. Please notice that one half of the hop lever and cup is higher on the left side...

To make the hop lever cup horizontally level, I use a round needle file to fix it and make it perfectly level...

The hop lever cup should look like this after...

I also file down the two tips of the cup to make it horizontally level by using a flat needle file...

After it has been filed down, it should look like this...

I put Super Lube Grease w/ Syncolon (PTFE) on the hop lever cup and place the SCS on top in order for me to see if it is perfectly horizontal. If one side of the SCS is higher, just file down the portion of the hop lever cup until you perfectly align the SCS horizontally...

Wait! There's more...

Please check your barrel window if both sides are even and the sharp edges should be removed to avoid a torn hop bucking. On the left is a very ugly barrel window and on the right is the modified barrel window...

Here is a video on how to align the barrel window. Make sure that the two sides of the barrel window are equal...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zFEXFPjlQR0

After doing all of these mods, reassemble everything back and this is how the hop rubber protrusion through the barrel window should look like...

The hop bucking protrusion through the barrel window when pushed by the SCS with the aid of the hop lever should be equal. Here is a pic of what the shape of the SCS and hop bucking looks like when the bb is directly beneath it...

Remember to clean your barrel first and always set your hop up to zero before firing. PLEASE set the hop dial in very small increments while firing some bb's until you get your desired range.

I set my hop up when I see the bb's fly straight at 30 meters. If I can do it, so can you. ;D

It is sooo easy for me to fix accuracy/groupings/range problems with whatever AEG's or Sniper Rifles because I have learned all the problems. I believe that you can do it too! Do not be shy to ask me for I will always be there to help. :D

Muy interesante, ¿te has planteado hacer unos especificos para el Hop PDI? recuerda que es mas ancho.

Very interesting, do you have raised some specific for PDI Hop? that is more wide.

I am still waiting for the PDI Hop to arrive and I can make the necessary SCS for it. I have made prototypes last year but I will not be able to perfect it unless I have the PDI Hop assembly. I hope it will arrive soon... ::)

SCS for BAR10 and L96

Here is a picture of a BAR10 hop lever. Please notice the sharp edges of the "fangs"...

Your hop bucking will look like this and will probably get torn the longer that it is used...

In order for you to put an SCS on the hop up lever of the BAR10 or L96, it has to be modified...

You have to make a groove for the SCS and make sure that it is perfectly level on both sides...

If everything seems perfect, use Super Glue (Gel) and place it in the center...

Here is a picture of an L96 Hop lever with an SCS...

Puedes traducir con esta herramienta:
http://translate.google.com/translate_t?hl=es#

You can translate this tool:
http://translate.google.com/translate_t?hl=es #

Anyway I do not understand that people who only know Spanish written in English which I imagine is much more fashion.
I correct that you do not know Spanish rioja write English, but who knows Spanish, please do as I do, in Spanish and then in English, I think it is the right thing if we are really interested in reaching more people.

my complains for not writing both in english and spanish, i'll write both from now.
Back to work, great new the scs nubs for l96, i'll be waiting for them, but... does this nubs work good in sniper rifles? because the hop up bucking in snipers is harder than in common aeg, and scs maybe dont fit so well the bb with a harder bucking... does it works well anyway??

pikatchu thought I did a hop on the PDI precisely that, but more by referring to the width of the H-Clouds rather than 4 mm. (for any replica of assault) becomes 6 mm in the PDI, and I am not referring to the contact area but to the window where you placed, to avoid disruptions that would result clearances but Shredder replied that it already has a prototype.
